Every piece that leaves my shop is built to last a lifetime. I go out of my way to select quality materials and craft each item with care — and if something ever fails due to my craftsmanship or the materials I used, I will stand behind my work. Contact me.
For all other returns:
- 30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Damage from improper care — including dishwasher use, soaking, or prolonged exposure to moisture or heat — is not covered under our return policy.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Wood Care Instructions
Proper care keeps your handcrafted piece looking beautiful and performing well for years to come.
- Hand wash only — use mild soap and warm water, then rinse promptly.
- Dry immediately — do not soak, leave in standing water, or place in the dishwasher.
- Re-oil regularly — apply food-safe mineral oil or a beeswax blend every few months, or whenever the wood looks dry. Rub in with a cloth and let it absorb overnight.
- Avoid prolonged heat — keep away from stovetop burners, ovens, and direct sunlight for extended periods.
